Planning and construction of a 2-storey, 50,000 sq.ft. head office building for a major transportation and logistics company. Services included pre-construction services (land search, client needs assessment, programming, etc.) Design incorporates high efficiency mechanical and electrical systems, including geothermal and in-slab heating and cooling. The project achieved LEED Gold certification and was delivered 10% below the approved budget.
